IOC (İstanbul Off-Shore Club) and President Mr Uğur Işık worked hard to make a miracle with Castrol. All drivers and trottlemen were highly enthusiastic after the announcement of UIM (Union Internationale Motonautique) that declares the 6-legs local competition will be part of the international race calendar.
